Enjoy fine dining with spectacular lagoon and ocean views. The Ari'i specializes in combining French, Polynesian and International cuisine - prepared with fresh fish and an abundance of fruit from the island as well as an array of beef, chicken and duck selections.
Our Chef, Jean Frédéric Markacz, learned to cook the traditional way starting as a kitchen helper, assisting some of the great chefs of prestigious restaurant such as "l'Alexandrin" and "Les Roches." We are delighted to have him as our Executive Chef.
In his hands, local fruits and vegetables find the perfect combination with fresh lagoon fish, shrimp, red tuna and lobster. The meat is cooked to your liking and fish and poultry combine their flavor with tropical aroma.

The Polynesian Buffet and Dance Show - Te Tiare Beach Resort presents a lavish Tahitian Buffet featuring Polynesian delicacies, barbequed & grilled meats and fresh fish, a variety of salads and a tempting selection of freshly prepared desserts. After dinner, Tahitian musicians accompany exquisite singing while the men dance the exotic tamure and the women perform the fluid hand-story dancing of theaparima.
